Tight hamstrings seem to be the way of the world these days - but they don't have to be. Sitting for 13+ hours a day has become commonplace and as such, our hamstrings can shorten, and we can start to develop things like back and hip pain. So it is up to us to spend some time correcting this issue! This has to be the best hamstring stretch to get started with! It's isolated, comfortable most importantly; easy to complete. This is exactly how to complete the best hamstring stretch, the lunge hamstring stretch!

Exercise Start in a lunge position. The leg you are attempting to stretch should be out front. Now maintaining a neutral back, gently straighten your knee while rocking your hips backward until you feel a stretch in your hamstrings. Hold here. Feel free to rotate your trunk back and forth to find the best area to stretch for you!

Time Do this for 2min total throughout the day.
