How virtual delivery works.

Send a calendar invite with a Zoom, Teams, or Google Meet link and your team logs in from wherever they're working. It's live and interactive, not a pre-recorded video, with real-time Q&A and movement demos.

  • Delivered over Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet. Other platforms can be discussed
  • Live Q&A and real-time movement demos
  • Movement breaks built into the session
  • Content customized to your team before the session

Illustrative 60-minute example

  • 0–10 minWhy desk discomfort builds up, and why position matters less than how long you hold it
  • 10–30 minFinding a neutral setup: the Sitting Macarena, the Rule of 90, and screen height with the Crosshair Test
  • 30–45 minThree movement resets your team can do without leaving their desk
  • 45–55 minLive Q&A: real questions about real home and hybrid setups
  • 55–60 minWrap-up and takeaway resource

This is an example structure, not a fixed schedule. The actual running order is finalized after your team's content is customized. 90-minute sessions follow a similar shape with more time for questions and movement.

Built for teams that aren't all in one place.

If your team is remote, hybrid, or spread across more than one office, this is the format built for that.

Fully remote teams distributed across time zones
Hybrid teams splitting time between home and the office
Companies with employees outside the GTA who still want live, in-person-quality delivery
Distributed or multi-office organizations running one consistent session for everyone

What teams say about the virtual format.

“Mitch has conducted a Virtual Home Office Ergonomics seminar for two different companies I've worked for, both of which were fantastic. He gave examples of common home office set-up mistakes, best practices for screen height and placement, and posture and showed us stretches and movements we can do throughout the day. All the info was easy to put into practice immediately, and he effectively answered the team's questions.”

“We used Desk Jockey Physio for our organization in the depths of COVID, when everyone was working long hours at their desks with little movement. Mitch hosted 3 mobility and stretching sessions for us virtually and gave us easy to follow instructions on stretches that targeted the typical desk job pains. He was approachable, professional, and personable. I would highly recommend him to other organizations.”

Questions about the virtual format

What platform do you use?

Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet all work well. If your company uses a different platform, let me know when you submit your inquiry and we can work out the details.

Is a recording included?

Yes, a recording is available.

How many people can join?

Virtual sessions can accommodate different team sizes, from small teams to large, company-wide groups. The right format is confirmed during booking.

How is this different from the in-person option?

It's the same physiotherapy-led approach, delivered over video instead of in your office: live Q&A and movement demos, built around your team. If your team is based in Toronto and would prefer someone on-site, see the in-person option instead.

Can the content be customized for our team?

Yes. Every session is built around your team. Remote-specific concerns like home office setup and long video-call posture get more time if that's what your team needs.

Do you work with companies outside Canada?

Sessions are delivered to teams across Canada. If you're based elsewhere, get in touch and we can discuss whether it's a fit.
