“Mitch has conducted a Virtual Home Office Ergonomics seminar for two different companies I've worked for, both of which were fantastic! He gave examples of common home office set-up mistakes, best practices for screen height and placement, and posture and showed us stretches and movements we can do throughout the day. All the info was easy to put into practice immediately, and he effectively answered the team's questions.”
Frequently asked questions
How long is a typical session?
Most seminars run 60 to 90 minutes including live Q&A. Half-day workshops are available for larger teams or more comprehensive programming. I'll recommend the right length based on your team size and goals.
How many people can attend?
Virtual sessions have no attendance cap. I've run sessions for teams of 5 and teams of 500. In-person seminars work best up to 30 to 40 people; larger sessions can be arranged with advance notice.
Can the content be customized?
Yes. Every session is built around your team and workplace. If you have specific injury trends, job types, or concerns (standing desk users, call centre staff, developers), we focus there. You'll never get a generic deck.
What is the pricing?
Pricing depends on team size, session length, and format. Virtual sessions start lower than in-person. Fill out the inquiry form and I will send a quote within 1 business day. No sales call required.
Does this qualify for our wellness or L&D budget?
Yes. Most companies book these sessions under health and wellness, HR programming, or professional development budgets. I provide a formal invoice and a letter of agreement for your records.
What do we need to prepare?
Very little. For virtual sessions: a video conferencing link. For in-person: a room and a projector or screen. I handle the rest. Your team just shows up.
Will our team actually engage, or is this another mandatory lunch-and-learn they'll ignore?
Fair concern. These sessions are designed to be interactive, movement-based, and immediately applicable. No death-by-PowerPoint. Participants move, ask questions, and leave with a one-page takeaway they will actually refer to.
Do you offer follow-up or ongoing programming?
Yes. Many organizations book recurring quarterly sessions, annual refreshers, or supplementary one-on-one physiotherapy for employees. Let me know what you're building and I'll make a recommendation.
Let's talk about your team.
Fill out the form and I'll get back to you as quickly as I can to discuss your team's needs and put something together.
