What HR needs to book a session.

I will confirm the format, scope, timing, and fee before you book. A formal invoice is provided. For larger organizations, we can also discuss running more than one session across different teams.

Questions HR teams ask before booking.

How is this different from a generic wellness vendor or lunch-and-learn?

Every session is led by Mitchell Starkman, a registered physiotherapist with advanced FCAMPT credentials, so the advice is grounded in clinical experience, not general wellness talking points. Mitch explains why posture problems happen, what the research says, and gives people practical tools they can apply at their actual desks.

What budget line does this fall under?

Most organizations book these sessions under health and wellness, HR programming, or professional development budgets. A formal invoice is provided for your records. Some companies also use their benefits or L&D budgets.

How quickly can we book a session?

Tell me a bit about your team and what you would like help with, and I will get back to you with the next steps. If your timing is tight, let me know. I can sometimes accommodate.

Can we customize the content for our specific team?

Yes. Every session is built around your team. If your employees are mostly on laptops, or work from home, or have a specific injury trend you are managing, the content focuses there. You will never get a generic slide deck. Mitch will ask a few questions before the session and tailor accordingly.

What do we need to prepare on our end?

For virtual sessions: send a Zoom, Teams, or Google Meet link. For in-person: a room and a projector or screen. That is it. Mitch handles all content, materials, and delivery.

Can we run this for a large team or company-wide?

Yes. Virtual sessions can accommodate different team sizes, and the right format is confirmed during booking. Multiple sessions can be scheduled for large organizations, including department-by-department rollouts or company-wide all-hands events.

Do you offer ongoing programming?

Yes. Many HR teams book quarterly or annual recurring sessions to build lasting habits and keep ergonomics top of mind. If you want to revisit ergonomics later in the year, we can plan another session around a different topic or whatever your team is dealing with at the time.

Is there a way to measure the impact?

There is no formal survey tool built into the session right now. Many HR teams simply note whether desk-pain complaints change afterward as part of their own wellness tracking, and I'm happy to talk through what would be useful for your team.
