One-on-one workstation reviews, delivered as a team visit.
We come to your office and review each employee's workstation individually, 15 to 20 minutes per person, using a structured 8-point review. For teams that need more targeted attention than a group seminar can give.
Every review follows the same 8-point structure.
Chair, keyboard and mouse, screen setup, and work pattern. Nothing gets missed, and every employee leaves with the same clear, written plan.
Chair and feet
- Chair fit and support
- Feet and leg clearance
Keyboard and mouse
- Position and reach
- Wrists and task items
Screen(s)
- Primary screen alignment
- Height, distance, and visibility
Work pattern
- Task exposure
- Position variation plan
Who books individual workplace assessments.
Questions about workplace assessments.
How long does each review take?
About 15 to 20 minutes per person. Employees are scheduled back-to-back through the visit, so the total time on-site depends on how many people are being reviewed.
What does each employee walk away with?
A completed 8-point workstation review covering chair, keyboard and mouse, screen setup, and work pattern, plus a short written plan: top priority, any position or movement change, and any equipment or follow-up needed.
How is this different from a seminar?
A seminar is one session for the whole group at once. This is individual, one employee and one workstation at a time, for teams that need more targeted attention than a group format can give.
Can this be combined with a seminar?
Yes. Some teams book a seminar for the group and follow it with individual assessments for employees who want more specific help. Mention this when you submit an inquiry and we can plan it together.
