So it is up to us to spend some time correcting this issue! This has to be the best hip flexor stretch to get started with! It's isolated, comfortable most importantly; easy to complete. This is exactly how to complete the best hip flexor stretch, the lunge stretch!
Exercise Start in a lunge position. The leg you are attempting to stretch should down and furthest back. Now maintaining a neutral back, gently drive your hips forward while squeezing your glutes on the stretching leg. Hold here. Feel free to rotate your trunk back and forth to find the best area to stretch for you!
Time Do this for 2min total throughout the day.
