Some might even go as far to say that that lute strength is the secret of life. We are not going that far, but we can say that strengthening these deep hip muscles can only help! It's so crucial to have both hip and knee control and it all starts with these deep glute muscles! It's time to learn exactly how to complete Monster Walks so you can harness the power of this great exercise.

Exercise Wrap a band around your ankles and start with your feet hip with apart. In a semi squat, extend your leg out to the side slowly and controlled as you walk sideways. Follow with your trailing leg. Make sure to keep your shoulders level and your feet straight for this one!

Time

Do this for 8reps per side and 3 total sets!
